East Coast Connection was formed in 1993-1994 as a touring band for The Manhattans reunion tour featuring Gerald Alston & Blue Lovett. With most of the band members in the New York/New Jersey area, the name
East Coast Connection seemed to be a fitting one.
Although some of the original members of the band have moved on to other things, East Coast Connection continues to provide great music to Manhattans fans worldwide. East Coast Connection has always prided themselves on being more than a band, "we're family". We would like to extend our prayers and love to those members who have worked with us in the past and embrace the new members as we go into the
future. Look for us to visit a city near you soon!
